1. Information collected
We collect registration, profile, family, education, career, location, photographs, login, payment proof and support information that members submit to operate the matrimonial service.
2. Profile visibility and gender filtering
After login, male accounts are shown approved female profiles and female accounts are shown approved male profiles. Public homepage cards may be blurred and are controlled by administrators. Full profile access is recorded for credit and safety purposes.
3. Profile credits and contact requests
The first full profile opening is free. Later full profile openings use one credit each. Chat with an opened profile does not use extra credits. A contact detail request uses the configured number of credits and is reviewed by an administrator, normally within 24 hours.
Strict chat monitoring
Chats are permanently retained and may be inspected by authorized administrators. Members cannot delete or hide chat history. Hindi/Devanagari text, digits, number words, email IDs, mobile/contact details, social-media handles and links are prohibited. A detected violation automatically blocks the sender profile and creates a security event for administrator review.
4. Block and unblock review
A blocked member may submit an unblock request with an explanation and screenshot of the last chat. Requests are targeted for resolution within 5 days. Administrators may approve, reject, block, unblock or reject profiles based on platform safety rules.
5. Payments
Payment submissions include plan, UTR/transaction ID and screenshot. We do not request or store UPI PINs, banking passwords or card passwords. Payment proof is manually reviewed before profile credits are added.
6. Administrative access
Authorized administrators may view profile information, payment proofs, contact requests, unblock requests, security events and complete conversations to operate and protect the platform. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and handled confidentially.
7. Data security and retention
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Chat retention is part of the safety system; legally required deletion or correction requests may be handled according to applicable law and verified identity.
