Do not type Hindi/Devanagari, digits, number words, email, mobile details, social handles or links. The sender profile is automatically blocked when a violation is detected.
Choose a busy public place and inform family or trusted friends about meeting details.
Do not transfer money, loans, gifts or emergency funds to a member based only on online communication.
Verify identity, employment, family background, marital status and important documents independently.
Use the admin-reviewed contact request instead of trying to bypass chat controls. Contact requests use credits and normally receive review within 24 hours.
Chat history cannot be deleted or hidden in the dashboard and may be reviewed by authorized administrators for member safety.
Contact support immediately if someone threatens, harasses, requests money or tries to move the conversation outside the platform.
