Terms and Conditions
By registering, logging in or using Madhur Vivah, you agree to these rules.
1. Eligibility and accurate information
Members must be legally eligible for marriage and must provide truthful, current profile information. Impersonation, fake photographs, harassment, fraud and misleading details are prohibited.
2. Approval and profile display
Profiles require administrator approval. Male members receive female profile recommendations and female members receive male profile recommendations. Direct URLs may not be used to bypass this filter.
3. Membership plans
- BASIC: ₹199 — Access 5 Profiles
- STANDARD: ₹349 — Access 11 Profiles
- PREMIUM: ₹499 — Access 20 Profiles
The first full profile opening is free. Each later new full profile opening uses one access credit. Chat remains free for profiles already opened.
4. Contact request credits
Requesting a member’s contact details uses 3 credits and requires administrator approval. An approved request reveals the target profile’s registered mobile and email. A rejected request is refunded by the current system.
5. Zero-tolerance chat policy
English text without numbers is permitted. Hindi/Devanagari text, any digit, number words, email IDs, mobile/contact details, social-media handles and web links are not permitted. Detection automatically blocks the sender profile. Chats are permanently retained, cannot be hidden or deleted through member/admin dashboards, and may be reviewed by authorized administrators.
6. Unblock requests
Blocked members may submit a screenshot and explanation. A review is targeted within 5 days, but approval is not guaranteed.
7. Payment verification
Membership activates only after administrator verification of the submitted UTR and screenshot. False, altered or duplicate payment proof may lead to rejection or blocking.
8. Member responsibility
Members must independently verify personal, family, professional, financial and legal claims before marriage decisions. The platform provides matchmaking technology and does not guarantee marriage, compatibility or the accuracy of every member statement.
9. Administrative action
Administrators may approve, block, unblock or reject profiles and contact/unblock requests to protect the service and enforce these terms.
